1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JokeDial, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use JokeDial.

2. Third-Party Services

Google OAuth

For authentication, we use Google OAuth. We may receive certain profile information from Google, including your name, email address, and profile picture, to facilitate your login process. Please refer to Google's Terms of Service for details on how Google manages your information.

Twilio

All calls on JokeDial are processed by Twilio. Calls are processed, recorded, and transcribed to ensure quality and for record-keeping purposes. For information on how Twilio handles your data, please visit Twilio's Terms of Service.

Retell

We partner with Retell to process, record, and transcribe calls. This helps us provide and improve our services. Please review Retell's Terms of Service to understand how your call data is handled.

Stripe

For payment processing, we utilize Stripe. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your financial details on our servers. For more information on Stripe's privacy practices, please visit Stripe's Terms of Service.

Vercel

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Data related to website hosting, including IP addresses and web logs, may be stored by Vercel. For details on how Vercel manages your information, please refer to Vercel's Terms of Service.

Contabo

Our API infrastructure is hosted on Contabo. This includes data processing and storage capabilities. For information on how Contabo handles your data, please visit Contabo's Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some features of our service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. JokeDial is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Consent and Privacy Policy

You are only permitted to call individuals who have given their consent according to our Privacy Policy. This consent includes the right to process and record the call. Unauthorized use of our service for calls without consent is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account.

5. Payments

JokeDial offers one-time payments through Stripe, which grant users credits for accessing premium features and content. These credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Users are solely responsible for any charges incurred through the use of JokeDial, including but not limited to, fees associated with purchasing credits. JokeDial reserves the right to modify pricing and credit allocation at any time, with notice provided to users. Users consent to abide by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy when making payments through the platform. Any disputes regarding payments or credits should be addressed promptly to JokeDial's customer support team for resolution.

6. Credits

By purchasing credits on JokeDial, users agree that 1 credit will be deducted for each call made, regardless of whether the call is answered, goes to voicemail, is unanswered, or is completed successfully. All calls are limited to a maximum duration of 5 minutes. Credits are non-refundable and will be charged at the initiation of each call, with no partial credits or refunds provided for calls that end before the 5-minute limit.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services such as Google or Apple OAuth, Twilio, Retell, Vercel, and Contabo. You agree to comply with their respective terms and policies when using JokeDial.

8. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to misuse our services. Specifically, our rules prohibit the following:

• You must not harass individuals.
• You must not threaten individuals.
• You must not spread hate speech.
• You must not spread discriminatory content.
• You must not impersonate law enforcement.
• You must not impersonate emergency services.
• You must not impersonate medical professionals.
• You must not commit fraud.
• You must not deceive individuals about emergencies.
• You must not engage in any form of illegal activity.
• You must not engage in any form of cyberbullying.
• You must not solicit personal information.
• You must not solicit financial information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included on JokeDial, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JokeDial or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

JokeDial may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

JokeDial reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
